The following is a detailed description of how to order on-line (for less experienced internet users):

1. At first, please choose the manufacturer of your remote control. The name of the manufacturer and exact type of your remote control is normally printed on the housing or inside the battery compartment. Determining the type of the transmitter by just looking at the photos is not recommended since same housings might be used for different frequencies and types of remote controls.

2. The names of the different manufacturers are listed on the left-hand side, for example Alltronik. After choosing the manufacturer of your remote control, another site will open in the centre. Due to the large number of different types of remote controls, please use the filter functions, e.g. by selecting the number of buttons or the series number.
You may also use the quick search function at the top of the left page alternatively. Just type in all known data, e.g. SKX, SF433, S453B.
After determining your remote control, click on the photo or press "add to shopping basket".

3. Change the number of remote controls you desire, if necessary.

4. Additional remote controls of different types can also be chosen by just adding them to the shopping basket as described above.

5. Finally check your shopping basket. You can remove any article by clicking on the delete box.

6. In order to complete your order, click on the check-out button. Fill in the required information and select the mode of payment. Outside Germany, prepayment only is possible. Please use the box below to add any comments. Our terms and conditions are to be accepted.

7. The information provided by you is stated once again on the next page. Please review this information and make any corrections, if necessary.

8. Click on "complete order". If you wish, you can print out the order. In any case, an automatically generated order confirmation will be sent to you by email.
