After finishing your order you will receive via email an automatically generated order confirmation. When ordering by invoice, you commit to paying within 1 week upon receipt of your invoice. If payment does not take place within this period, you will be in breach of contract for delay of payment and we are entitled to claim interest for delay amounting to 5% above the Basic Interest Rate. There is no possibility of cash discount deduction. Title to all products shall not pass before full payment has been received by us.

We reserve the right to request pre-payment on any order since we are checking your creditworthiness by means of the Creditreform KG.
